Before I began selling real estate, I graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. In the 37 years I've been in real estate I've been a broker for 35. I've also been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer 31 years and I've earned the Centurion Producer Award three times. I know real estate and I'm constantly striving to expand on my knowledge through coursework and the hard work that goes to earning coveted designations.

In 2002, I was awarded the designation of Certified Residential Specialist. The CRS designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS. Fewer than 5 percent of all REALTORS have the experience and have completed the education required to be awarded this prestige.

I have also earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation. I am now one of only 4,000 REALTORS nationwide that are on the leading edge of professional and ethical real estate service representing buyers interested in aquiring real property.

Some of my experience is in other fields of real estate. I'm a licensed fee appraiser, a licensed tax appraiser and a licensed real estate school instructor.

I've been married to my wife, Kathy, for 36 years and together we have five beautiful daughters and three wonderful grandsons.

I'm also a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and I enjoy hunting, as well as being an ardent fisherman.
